Returns & Exchanges
At Barugzai, every piece is selected, finished, and supplied with intent. While we take every measure to ensure your order arrives exactly as expected, we recognise that, on occasion, an issue may arise. Where this occurs, we are committed to resolving it with clarity and fairness.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, or custom-finished items are strictly non-returnable.
- Only products purchased directly from barugzai.com (online or in-store) are eligible for return.
CUSTOMER ORDER RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order prior to checkout, including product selection, size, finish, specification, and vehicle fitment.
- Where our team advises that a product is unavailable and an alternative is selected by the customer, that purchase is considered final, unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.
- Returns will not be accepted where:
- The incorrect size, specification, or product has been knowingly ordered by the customer, or
- The item supplied matches the description and confirmation provided at the time of purchase.
RETURN COSTS & REFUNDS
- Unless an item is confirmed as faulty or supplied incorrectly, all return shipping and carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Where returns are accepted outside of fault or error, we reserve the right to deduct original delivery and handling charges from any refund issued.
- All returned items are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund.
